I gladly accept returns and exchanges. Please contact me on manolovamaya@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery. The returned product should be in its original packaging and in the same unused condition as received.

Once you placed your order, it takes me 1-2 business days to prepare, package, and put your order in the mail.

Shipping to Bulgaria takes 1-3 business days .

Everywhere else  shipping takes 2-7 business days.

 

 

 

 

The paper part of the jewelry is varnished & water proof. However, it should not be immersed in water. Remove the jewelry before any water based activities. If the paper element gets wet or dirty, gently dab it with a paper towel and allow to dry completely.
